One word: Genius.

You nailed it. Form and function = gorgeous!

Coming late to the party, but yowzers! LOVE. It! Such clever ideas in spacial design, lighting, artwork...seriously, love it. Cannot wait to see more!

You have thought of everything. It is quite wonderful!

I love the stair railing. It reminds me of a rail on a ship, almost like a rope. The house is polished, but is a also house to be barefoot and comfortable in (that's a compliment).

Let me in! Let me in!! This is incredible! Your design ideas are incredible and inspired!

Wasn't around yesterday for first part - stunning and so inventful - I think the best part are those tiny lights. I couldn't do nights otherwise either.... we once rented a holiday home in a century old wooden house and a very narrow squeaking staircase had to be managed to go to the loo from the bedroom upstairs (a bit like yours only much steeper and wood and thankfully handrails on both sides).... It's totally gorgeous and wonderful and so fitting ! Congratulations.
May be encounter only happiness

A M A Z I N G simply put, your design is perfection. Best wishes to you and Yann. You will enjoy your new place for years to come.

Love it. The little lights are wonderful. When we travel I always have a small flashlight so that finding the bathroom is easy. You really are a genius....

Corey, in looking at my decorating books, and studying your living room, I don't know but somehow it works. Using a Primary color(Blue) with monochromatic colors (white and black) makes for an interesting mix. I'm not a design expert and one of the most difficult things for me is the use of color. I imagine living in France it would be easier to work with colors.

It just gets better and better . . . .

Stunning!! Thank you so much for sharing😀

Each thing you create and re-invent, is a treasure.

Gorgeous! Love the modern paintings - they really add a splash of color. One thing: you mentioned that when you fell, the monkey got choked. Not sure what you meant, but Google choking the monkey- it's sort of an urban slang expression. It gave me the giggles.

Can't wait for your next Cassis post.

Just now looked at the pics. WOW WOW WOW!
