It looks like a wonderful day and visit!! I so loved the sheep coming through your village!!

Cheers!

Nothing better than friends and good food and wine....

Ali

That pear looks yummy!

The pear salad looks delicious. What kind of dressing is on the lettuce, just a vinaigrette?

Thanks

Oh, to be there and experience the sheep coming through your village....sigh....And your lunch!
Thank you for sharing.

Is that a contemporary chair at the end of the table? ;-)

I noticed that chair too as I was examining the buffet and dishes! Isn't that funny how we are? It's like I obsess over all the details in the pictures. With envy!!

Summer 2001, the harbor in Monte Carlo, as Chef on a 150-foot yacht, for desert I served a broiled pear, with a wedge of St. Agur cheese, drizzled with lavender honey, and garnished with a large, deep-fried sage leaf dusted with 10X sugar. It was one of those spectacular moments that come every once in a great while, and is still discussed, typically around the holiday table. Vraiment.

I was hoping for the pear recipe after seeing the photos. Thanks

I cannot wait to make the pear dish it sounds devine

I like ALL of this. Especially the sea of sheep.

PS. Love the "Talking Hand" in the last photo.

Corey and Yann, Thanks again for everything.

I love your photography. The pear dessert looks divine. I also love the sheep which match the colors of the town. Brava!

That pear is amazing!
