Colorful bouquet of friendship, my cousin grows it abundantly, she waters it with her steadfast love, seemingly effortless is her giving, I am blessed an hundredfold by her generous spirit!
Her kindness is bountiful, her encouragement overflowing, she bags up sunshine that brightens my way. My hands come in empty, my heart leaves fuller.
This is Judy my cousin, who is an angel. Who shows me the path to loving kindness in her every move.
photo: Zinnias from Judy's garden.
What a precious cousin to have. I have one like that and she is a true treasure.
The Zinnias are gorgeous!

no wonder you don't want to go back to France - being surrounded with loving people like your cousin. Corey - you are showing me the path to loving kindness, just like your cousin has shown you. a circle of loving kindness - passed from one to another.
Aren't zinnias just the most happiest of flowers? I cannot wait til I can buy some in summer!

Actually, Judy's even more beautiful than this photo reflects. Looking forward to seeing her in Ferndale in October. Corey, might you reconsider and join us?

Corey is blessed with many cousins -- 23 first cousins on her father's side and maybe 30 or more on her mother's. If we 23 were all small stones in an old-fashioned brooch, there would be a distinct brillance to the one that is Judy -- shining and sparkling there amongst us. In good times and bad, her light does not grow dim.

There is nothing like the friendship of cousins.
To this day, after not having seen each other for years, and having recently visited with them, it's as though time never passed from when we were kids.
Laughing and having fun were what we were all about...and still are.
