Chelsea and Sacha were home for the weekend. The kitchen was the stage.
Food rolled out like it had when they lived at home. It came as a surprise to me, though I don't know why, it isn't like I don't remember, just how much food and dishes, so many dishes one has to do to feed a family.
Chelsea and Sacha had friends over.
We lived around the table.
Chelsea asked me to write our family recipes so she could have them.
Sunday morning, like Saturday morning pancakes were desired. I make mine from scratch. There was a contest. Who could eat the most. I lost. Though I should have won the prize because I flipped 78 pancakes. I had three pancakes.
Chelsea had 15.
Her friend Lea had 15.
French Husband had 15.
Sacha had 15, and his girlfriend who is smaller than my thigh had 15 too.
Breakfast and lunch = 15 pancakes each.
