Hey Kenny Dear (Kenny is a fantastic designer friend. We worked together year's ago.)
Yes it is! There house, B&B, and shop are amazing. They said to say Hello to you.

C

They finished the construction! I recognized it immediately from the first photo, and it still looks as amazing as I remember. What's for dinner?

I want to come over and visit now!

a wonderful adress! Mostly all holidays we spend in France and the Provence is our favourite- I have visited their website and will probably make a reservation after the rest of my family has looked the photos.
I know Apt and the surroundings very well- its al lovely place.
Merci beaucoup pour cette adresse et meilleures salutations d`Allemagne,
Waltraud

I definitely would not want to leave there. Now I have the travel bug big time!

It is a goal of mine to get there!

:)

I'm so excited you just posted this! I got online to look for places to stay in France and thought I'd check your blog first! We're going to Zurich for 6 weeks starting in February and plan to go to France, among other places, so I'm looking for places to stay in various cities. If I'm able to book a room, I will let you know. Maybe we could go to a fea market too!! You could meet our new baby girl, Lois. I wonder what's the best way to get from Zurich to Provence--TGV, Eurail? I will look into this, but if you have any suggestions, let me know. PS. I'm so sorry about your ring! I hope you find it soon.

Truly stunning, what a lovely place to stay, I have saved it to my favourites. Gorgeous, stylish and very affordable :-)

Oh ma ga, I love. Would like to try to make my own place look like this in some small way.

oh, they're gorgeous and I *DO * want to stay there! If only we could afford Europe--sigh! I adore the B&W art deco one!

Beeeauuutiful! I'm pining away for the first room, especially for that architectural detail on the wall and for the industrial-looking coffee table. And what a great idea - those chandeliers hanging on either side of the bed! Your friends have very good design skills.

Ooh la la, when Bill and I come to Provence (someday), we'll stay there, and I'll be calling you for dinner. Do you think we can eat somewhere dairy free, gluten free and vegetarian?~~Dee

Having travelled in Europe this past summer it is always nice to bed down in a B&B as delightful as this one that you post! If I were staying there I'd request that pink room!
looks like a place I'd never want to leave!

I don't know when, but we will go for sure! I will tell you! Great address!

xoxo

That's the best hotel situation I've ever seen in my life. So many details that fill the soul. I would get on a plane for a place like that and only for a place like that. However, if I did, I'm afraid I'm not leave La Madone again.

Love the market in Apt, went when I was staying in Saignon, just up the hill . . .

Be still my heart - I can hardly breathe seeing "my bed" in that first photo, then several more of the Chanvre Apartment where we stayed last October!!! I still dream of La Madone - nightly I think - and how thankful I am that you directed us to Nathalie and Jean-Bernard's amazingly beautiful home. I wanted to transport it all back here - instead I'm trying to add touches to my own home to remind me. Of course I did buy the pillow covers off the daybed, and the kitchen towels, from Nathalie, and seeing them brings back lovely memories of our stay in Apt.

Yes, they are a fabulous couple, so talented and creative. Corey, I'm wondering if the photo shoot is for a magazine article perhaps? PLEASE tell them we said hello and think of them often - and I hope so much to return some day!

Belated Happy Anniversary to you and Yann - lovely posts on your wedding.

oh I would so love to go there and never leave and have tea and lunch with you...now that would be delightful...a heart can dream

beautiful
love and blessings

Corey, I have something for you on my blog!

Ooooooo, now that would be a vacation! I have it bookmarked.

Can't wait to see pics of their home!

Corey, there is indeed no way to describe the "being" at La Madone. I have never experienced such a place in my life...the warmth and happiness it exudes to your soul. I felt as if I had lived there my entire life. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else in the South of France. And your friends, they are beautiful. The most difficult part of La Madone is leaving. I cried so much, I felt as if I had to leave my home.

I could hardly tear myself away. I loved the room with the shuttered wall and sinks behind the bed.

What a charming B & B!

note to self...must win Lotto so can go to France..

A room next to yours? Would we ever get any sleep? Can I stuff some of those French goodies into my suitcase? NEVER leave? Too darn tempting!!!

Oh Cory,

How beautifully breathtaking. I can't even imagine a visit to a retreat like this!!! It speaks to my heart and soul. If I could I would hop on the first plane to France and be standing at the door of La Madone's.
I will have to use my imagination and pretend that I am staying there. Any apartment will do just fine!

WOW!!!!!!!
I love it, did you help them furnish and decorate? I see your style all over the place. Some day (sigh) maybe!

Ahhhhh....gorgeous!

PS

Incredible photos as usual.

I'm thinking a trip to France is sounding better and better. Actually these prices aren't bad at all compared to even our local beachfront condo or N.O. Mardi Gras B&B prices.

When's a good time to visit? Dinner's at what time?

I'll take any one of the apartments!! What a beautiful place in a beautiful country!

That first photo made my heart skip a beat!! I choose the "stay here forever" option, please!

can't wait to see their abode...

lovely . . . I went to their web site . . . just my kind of place! I see us there along with our friend couple (my friend that actually turned me on to you because I was sick of having the dreadful news as my homepage). Hopefully someday your friends will give you a room in their house when I tell them you sent me! Thanks for providing me with beautiful thoughts and sights each and every day.

Oh! How beyond wonderful. I "would" want to stay for a long, long time. What a fine place to come back to after a day at the flea market. I better check my lottery tickets!

Wonderful but ..... much too expensive for me !

Corey, It is hard enough to decide where to go when visiting France, much less where to stay. La Madone looks incredible!

I love you my darling one........
The grass always looks greener but Heaven is always under our feet as well as the sky above.
I love your home and all the love it contains.
Kisses
Love Jeanne

Wow, how lovely to wake up on a Sunday morning and the first pic I see is the bed we slept in last year. I agree it is a special place Corey. Doing the years budget at present... but hope to return !

Wow, how inspirational. I have an apartment in France and it looks nothing like this so I had better get busy. Amazing photos as always.
