Corey I really like this photo. I'm going to try and take similar pictures over the coming year. There, my New year's resolution! And thank you for a lovely year reading your blog.
What a beautiful photograph, Corey. Your family, including your parents, siblings, their children, must love having your photographs in their home. This image really speaks of Love and Family.
Corey, I just discovered your blog last night and spent the whole evening going through each and every entry. What a wonderful blog! You have a way with words, are wonderful behind the camera and fun in front of the camera! Your selection of "treasures" is inspiring. I spotted the Jan/Feb issue of Victoria at the store this afternoon and sat down after dinner tonight to slowly enjoy. I cheated and quickly thumbed through and landed on a picture that showed a dinner fork turned over to highlight the back. "That's just like Corey wrote on her blog", I thought. My eyes dropped down to the text and I screamed, "It's Corey!" Joy!
That is a precious photo, what sweet hands they are.
Many wishes to you for a happy new year, I've been taking a bit of a blogging break to recharge my energies so I have not visited or commented as much. I am slowly creeping back and catching up on all I have missed. Oh, I missed so much here!
Congratulations on the wonderful news of your magazine features (of course a little birdie had already told me!), I have not yet received a copy of the magazine but I will treasure it when I do!
Wonderful posts, as always, dear Corey! Thanks so much for the inspiration. Looking forward to much more in 2008.

That photograph iswonderful way to show and contrast the changes as our children grow! A family treasure for sure!
I have just had time to read your beautiful article in Victoria magazine! It is a real treat to have a glimpse of your home... I love that you don't have to polish your antigue silver to enjoy displaying it!!!!
OH how cute. How do you think of these things? One time I took a photo of some babies (different shades of skin)...their feet, but I didn't get to keep the photo as it was for someone else.
Congratulations Corey on being featured in Victoria and Somerset...seriously two of my favorite magazines in the world...other than Marie Claire Idees. Please let me know which month's you'll be in so I can check it out! I religiously read your blog...you write about moments so dear to my life...I am a theology student who takes care of an ill parent and who is trying to making it in the tough arts and crafts world! lol! Thanks again! And Happy New Year!
Such an amazing instrument God has created in the hand and what power He has given them to reach out to another, to comfort, to caress - beautiful photo!
This is a beautiful photo keepsake! I love pictures like these. They stop the growing process for our little ones for a space in time. Helping us to remember the beauty of their youth.

I have regretted that we never took pictures of our daughter's hands and feet as she was growing up - especially when she was a baby.
I always advise people to take pictures of their baby's hands and feet to recall how precious they are.
