When you live far away from your family and friends eventually they will come to visit you. My dear friend Erika did just that, and she brought along her six year old daughter Amelia, my youngest guest so far. Amelia, "A-Million" as I called her, was a trooper as she followed Erika and I around Aix en Provence (pronounced, "X.") I was amazed by her stamina, I think those pink boots she had on, did the trick to keeping up with us.
Or maybe it was the ipod? I asked her what she was listening to and she rattled off a list of artists...I only recognized Raffi. I love Raffi.
Amelia didn't miss a beat.
Cezanne would have loved to have had such a model in front of his cherished St. Victorie. I know I did. A-Million fly back soon, I miss you already!
