Lay Faux Toy
The two small cherubs did not come with the armchair. They are our two children 13 years ago.
The 19th-century armchair(s) has had many colored coats "fabric," this photo shows the very threadbare velvet, "green and yellow" stripe, as my husband called it.
The picture is framed in an "Embroidery art" cloth frame. I would guess the period to be around the early 1900s.
