Spinach roll

Take puff pastry dough and roll it out into a rectangular shape.

Take about six or so handfuls of fresh spinach,

Two cloves of garlic,

Two handfuls of roasted walnuts,

About two cups of blue cheese (Roquefort),

and blend (in a cusinart) (do not over blend,) or chop finely.

Add a splash of olive oil if it is too dry.

Spread the Spinach - Roquefort mixture over the puff pasty dough.

Roll it into a long log.

Then slice the log into one inch rings.

Put the rings (looks like a cake roll) on waxed paper baking sheet.

Bake until golden 375°

Serve warm.
