Golden Pear Log Tart
Roll out some puff pastry dough, a rectangular shape is best.
Place it on parchment paper,
Lather the top with creme fraiche.
Next add thinly sliced pears, side by side, cover the entire surface.
Sprinkle chopped roasted hazelnuts on top.
Then add cheese, I prefer goat cheese, but a mild cheese will do.
Roll the puff pastry with the pears into a log.
Bake at 200° until golden brown.
When it has cooled, but still warm drizzle cream balsamic over it.
Serve with white wine and salad.
